Clear terms for a disclosed charter marketplace.

1. Provider and scope

Fly Me Now SRL (“Fly Me Now”, “we”) operates a Romanian-headquartered worldwide private-jet charter marketplace and acts as a disclosed charter broker. These Terms govern use of the website, account, charter-inquiry and membership-application services. They do not themselves constitute an operator charter contract, conditions of carriage, aircraft confirmation or paid membership activation.

2. Marketplace role—not an airline

Fly Me Now owns and leases no aircraft, employs no pilots, performs no maintenance and conducts no flights. We may facilitate customer acquisition, requests, operator discovery, RFQs, offer comparison, contracts, regulated payment, passenger-information coordination, concierge support, disruption coordination and financial reconciliation.

The identified licensed air operator retains exclusive operational control and responsibility for aircraft and crew assignment, airworthiness, maintenance, insurance, flight planning, weather and NOTAM review, performance, duty limits, airport suitability, permits, slots, handling, customs/immigration coordination, operational release and safe flight performance.

3. Eligibility, identity and accounts

You must be at least 18, legally capable of contracting and provide accurate, current information. Corporate and operator representatives warrant that they are authorised to act for the named entity. Credentials are personal; you must protect them and report suspected compromise promptly.

Public registration supports customer, corporate-arranger and operator-representative applicants. Operator registration creates only a pending applicant account and never proves AOC, licence, aircraft or route eligibility. Broker staff, compliance, operations, finance, support, auditor and administrator roles are invitation-only and may not be self-assigned.

We may suspend or close accounts to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, enforce role boundaries or address sanctions/security risk. We will preserve legally required records and provide applicable review routes.

4. Requests, offers, contracts and payment

A submitted itinerary is non-binding. Estimated price or feasibility is advisory. Only an eligible licensed operator may issue a final operator quote and confirm operational feasibility, aircraft, crew, substitution or readiness.

Before final confirmation, the customer must receive the actual operator’s identity, operator charter contract or conditions of carriage, Fly Me Now’s separate fee/commission disclosure and the legal role of each party. Operator and marketplace liabilities remain separate.

Customer funds must be handled through a licensed marketplace payment provider and connected operator accounts. Payment authorisation does not confirm a booking. Settlement, refunds, cancellation and currency terms must be disclosed before payment and follow the operator contract, PSP rules and mandatory law.

5. Membership

Plan selection or application creates no subscription and triggers no charge. A paid membership begins only after applicable terms, price, billing interval, cancellation process and licensed PSP mandate are presented and affirmatively accepted.

Operator applicants must provide accurate legal-entity, AOC, operating-authority, operations-specification, approved-aircraft, insurance, geographic-authorisation, TCO, permission, bank-ownership, validity and sanctions information. Eligibility expires when required evidence expires.

Operators remain solely responsible for operational decisions. Fly Me Now personnel may not impersonate an operator, issue an operator quote, confirm aircraft/crew, approve a substitution or release a flight. False or misleading evidence may cause immediate restriction, audit preservation and reporting where legally required.

7. Acceptable use and content

Do not misuse the service, probe security, submit unlawful or deceptive content, impersonate others, scrape protected data, upload malware, bypass access controls or use account data outside its authorised purpose. Website materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law; third-party content retains its stated licence.

8. Electronic records

Your affirmative checkbox and account-creation action records the document key, version, signer name, method and timestamp. Account acceptance is evidence of agreement to website terms; a charter contract or other document requiring a higher assurance signature will use an appropriate e-signature provider. EU electronic-signature rules include the eIDAS framework.

9. Availability, liability and mandatory rights

We use reasonable care in the marketplace service but cannot guarantee operator availability, route permission, airport access, uninterrupted technology or a flight outcome. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits statutory consumer rights, or transfers an operator’s operational responsibility to Fly Me Now. Specific limits and insurance allocation require Romanian counsel approval before paid contracting.

10. Law, complaints and changes

Romanian law is intended to govern these Terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence. Jurisdiction, complaints, alternative dispute resolution and consumer notices require final counsel approval for each activated market.

Material changes receive a new version and require re-acceptance where appropriate. The consolidated Romanian e-commerce statute is available from the Romanian Legislative Portal; EU consumer rules include Directive 2011/83/EU, whose application to brokerage and passenger transport must be reviewed by counsel.
